I’ve had my fiido bike for a few months now, and overall it’s been okay, especially for quick rides around town. The battery lasts long enough for what I need, and the frame feels sturdy enough, but a few of the smaller parts just don’t feel all that high quality.
After using it for a while, I started running into little things — the brakes needed adjusting, and a couple of bolts loosened up here and there. Nothing major or deal-breaking, but I did expect it to hold together a bit better. For the price, it’s fine — just not something I’d call amazing

My bike showed up a little later than I expected, but overall it was a smooth experience. The tracking updates worked well, and the box arrived in good shape, so no complaints there.

I had a small issue with my Fiido order and, i wasn’t expecting much at first. But customer service got back to me quickly, explained what I needed to do, and got it sorted without turning it into a whole hassle. I’ll admit I was pleasantly surprised, and I’m happy with how the support handled it.

I’m not totally sure if it’s just how I’m using it, but the battery doesn’t seem to last as long as I expected. It’s fine overall, though I do feel like the range could be a bit better.

I’ve been using the bike for a bit now, and I guess it’s fine for short rides around the neighborhood. It does the job, and I can’t say it’s terrible, but for the price I expected it to feel a little more solid. A few parts seem cheaper than I’d hoped, and when I reached out for support, they weren’t exactly the most helpful. Maybe it’s a good option for some people, but I’m still not sure the value is really there. Kind of wish I had shopped around more before buying.

After I bought it, getting any help with the warranty was basically pointless. Support didn’t really do anything for me, which was super frustrating. Kinda feels like once they got my money, I was on my own. Not cool.
